Is my content sent to AI providers?+
Yes. AI is still provided by the services you choose. AstrLink detects and handles sensitive content locally, then follows your policies to decide what gets sent. Actual protection depends on the rules and models you enable.
Do I need to download a model to protect my privacy?+
Not necessarily. Built-in rules work out of the box. If you need a local privacy model, download or import it separately. You can try detection in the app first, then use it in your daily work.
Are my full conversations recorded by default?+
Request body capture is off by default. You can turn it on separately when troubleshooting. Request traces, errors, and usage are available in the app; costs are estimates.
